EDGE - WWE HALL OF FAME 2012
The greatest wrestler EVER from Toronto gets his spot in the HOF, 1 year removed from retirement. GRETZKY-LIKE!
In honor of Edge’s induction; my Rated R Megamix I made right after his 1st WWE title run (after he beat Cena at New Years Revolution). I suppose an updated version is needed.
Immediately after Raw, Edge was on the Aftermath Podcast to talk about the induction.
Congrats Adam.
In 2010 Starting From Scratch did this sick Christmas mix on Flow 93.5’s Traffic Flow Mix Show.
No bandwagon shit, but listened to plenty Hev’ D. growing up. He was the 1st American artist to truly put on Super Cat (and Frankie Paul) and all us Indo-Caribbeans will forever be grateful for that.
When we had a class trip downtown to the ‘famous’ Eaton Centre I booked it to the record shop and picked up Big Tyme. NOBODY in my class knew who he was. I did, and I rocked that cassette everyday. I still have it.
I really hate when people post everything they could find on a recently deceased artist in the few days after they died, then go on to ignore their legacy like they did when they were actually alive (Winehouse anyone?).
But the Overweight Lover is a fave of mine, and I LIVE in the 90s on repeat in my head and in my car. Heavy is still in constant rotation and now I have 2 more mixes to add to it.
Legendary Marley Marl:
Mister Cee’s Hot 97 throwback mix (Media Fire).
